Keiashia “Key” Stanley is the founder of Key2Glam Luxury Hair Co, a Chicago- based luxury brand known for advanced K-Tip installations and high level stylist education.

With years of hands on experience as a licenced cosmetologist and a Master’s in Business Administration from Aurora University, Keiashia blends technical precision with strategic brand positioning.

Through her private trainings, group classes, and digital education platforms, she teaches stylist how to master luxury extension techniques while building profitable, elevated beauty brands.

Her mission is to raise the standard in the extension industry- combining skill, structure, and strategy to help stylist refine their craft and their income.
